Chef Robin is the Head Chef at Prime Fish. His signature sushi
is traditional Edomae (Tokyo style), combining French and southern influence. As a Certified Sake Adviser, he
intricately pairs fish with sake, introducing his guests to incredible culinary experiences. His phenomenal sushi
ability recently earned a nod for Charlotte’s Best New Restaurants in 2020. Chef Robin is also Charlotte’s first
sushi chef to hold a live Bluefin Tuna Show. His skills highlight his passion for sushi, and he finds joy with
sharing his love for food with others. PrimeFish will bring an elevated level of sushi to Charlotte, and put
Ballantyne on the map as the epicenter of essential sushi.
